So with many experienced owners and managers I'm sure to get some great information here regarding opening a new hotel. What are some of the things to keep in mind? Is there a proper way to organize different tasks or is each task it's own mission?

I have a new client that is opening up a hotel in New York right now. I'll see if she can make a guest appearance and shed the light on a few topics with regards to her opening/re-branding.
